Article Submissions

The Northeastern University Law Journal is currently accepting submissions on the topic of education law. The issue will view the following subtopics under a human rights lens:  charter schools and the privatization of education, the emergence of "zero tolerance" discipline policies and the exclusion of students through these policies, and the expansion of high-stakes testing and methods to measure achievement in public education.

We will be co-sponsoring a symposium on the topic with the Program on Human Rights and the Global Economy (PHRGE) at Northeastern University School of Law on November 6-7, 2014.  The publication based on the symposium and additional works is expected in early Summer 2014. Please contact the Northeastern University Law Journal at if you would like to submit an article for consideration.
