The Northeastern University Law Journal is currently accepting submissions on the topic of education law. The issue will view the following subtopics under a human rights lens: charter schools and the privatization of education, the emergence of "zero tolerance" discipline policies and the exclusion of students through these policies, and the expansion of high-stakes testing and methods to measure achievement in public education.
We will be co-sponsoring a symposium on the topic with the Program on Human Rights and the Global Economy (PHRGE) at Northeastern University School of Law on November 6-7, 2014. The publication based on the symposium and additional works is expected in early Summer 2014. Please contact the Northeastern University Law Journal at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to submit an article for consideration.
