The Northeastern University Law Journal is currently accepting submissions on the topic of school bullying and the areas of law implicated by the recent and contentious legislative responses to the issue. In addition to examining specific legislation, the issue will draw from the privacy, free speech and constitutional concerns stemming from states' efforts to regulate student behavior inside and outside of the classroom.
We hosted a symposium on the topic at Northeastern University School of Law on March 30, 2012. The publication based on the symposium and additional works is expected in Winter 2012. Please contact the Northeastern University Law Journal at email@example.com if you would like to submit an article for consideration.
